The Hyde Park Youth Symphony Board of Directors are excited to announce that Mrs. Devon Morales, who served as interim conductor for our Preparatory Strings & String Orchestra programs, is officially joining HPYS as the full conductor.

“Mrs. Morales continues to bring her expertise and energy to our programs, and we’re thrilled to have her part of the HPYS family,” said Tim Corpus, Executive Director.

In addition to her work with the Hyde Park Youth Symphony, Mrs. Morales is the Orchestra Director and Music Department Chair for Lane Tech High School.

The 70th anniversary season for the Hyde Park Youth Symphony begins in September 2025.
